My daughter has this same vacuum and I used it at her house and knew I wanted one. I love the power it has and it's so much quieter than any other vacuum I ever had. I like that there's a timer letting you know when the battery is going to run out. I love that there is no cord when I'm vacuuming the stairs. All around it's a great vacuum.

I had difficulty mounting the charging station. First, once the two pieces are snapped together they can’t be separated. I was just practicing! Dyson was kind enough to help me with this error. Next, I couldn’t get the screws provided to fit into the charging station when tightening things to the wall. The wall mount molding, where the screws tighten things down, is not the same shape as the screws. My husband shaved the molding and then we were able to get flush to the wall to keep the charging station from moving. Otherwise, the vacuum turns well and the suction is nice enough.

I bought this to replace my 12 year old Dyson stick vac. The laser head floor attachment is amazing. I thought it would be a gimmick, but it truly shows me so much that I cant see with the naked eye and it does such an amazing job of picking it all up. I love it!

Holds only a small amount of dust and dirt before you have to clean it and always seem to have a clog. I would have never purchase this product if i had known this.

This is the first stick vac I've owned. I bought a refurbished model. I'm impressed by the suction power. I'd recommend anyone who buys a stick vac to get a stand to hold the vacuum and all the attachments. There's a small dent in one of the parts, which is only cosmetic (like I said, it's a refurbished model). The one problem I've noticed is that the battery, after I put it on and off a few times, is now very, very difficult to click onto the vacuum. So much so, that I'm never taking it off, until it's time to get a new battery.
I would recommend this to a friend!
