[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great home printer that functions as if it was in a business and perfect for the at-home/remote worker! I upgraded from another HP to this one and I'm so happy I chose it, great value for the money and prints extremely well. My only complaint is it isn't as easy to change the wifi network as it was on my previous HP printer. I could switch between my home network and hotspot, but that isn't an easy to do option on this printer.

It works as well as I expected an HP product would. I only buy HP printers and computers. It does everything in including faxing in color. You wouldn't want another printer. My last printer was even used in a law office for a year. This is a great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prints quickly and well, but I have been having a little trouble getting some of the features, like scanning to do what it is supposed to. I "upgraded" from an HP6600 and the 6600 was an easier printer to use. The ink is also a LOT more expensive for this printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought HP Office Jet Pro 6978 a month ago to replace my HP Office Pro 8600. It is smaller and lighter. It is more difficult to install and it uses too much ink. Within a short period of time I have cleaned the printhead three times. The print quality is streaky. The old one is more efficient and I did not have any problems until it died on me after 6.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
