This is a great printer. It has about all the features I want. It's easy to set up and operate. The price is fabulous too. I only wish the United States Congress would pass a law regulating the price of ink. The cost of the first ink replacement surpasses the price of the printer.

Images will not print correctly. All images show up with horizontal lines. Text shows up fine. Tried all the drivers for reinstall and calibration and head cleaning with no luck.

I bought it quite recently. Had an older model that gave out. No doubt about the replacement just a little newer. It is a workhorse. It is a heavy duty printer/ copier and faxer all in one. it is well worth the inexpensive investment for great results that make a person or a business look good.

the printer takes a very long time from hitting the print button to being completely printed. I can't get the fax to work and I have tried everything. The control window doesn't work well at all. I have tried my finger, a special device that I use for my phone and it only works about 25% of the time.
