This printer did great for a few months and then started misprinting every other page. Finally did a cleaning and it seemed to solve the problem at least for now. Never had problems with an HP printer after 3 months. I'm hoping we don't have to replace it. This is not a printer that is heavily used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I actually bought my first Officejet Pro 6978 back in the beginning of November. There was a problem with the touchscreen but HP replaced it with a brand new one and I love it! Very simple to use with outstanding print quality. Highly recommend!
