I bought the product primarily for its ability to print on both sides of the page (duplex printing). However, even after meticulously following the installation instructions, there was no option to duplex print (I installed on a Mac). I had to dig deep on help sites to find out how to re-install with a workaround; not a very elegant solution. Now I can't find an option to scan a double-sided document into a single document - it scans each page as a separate document. So no, I would not recommend for Mac users if this is typical (from what I've found on the internet, it is). Disappointing, as I like the printer otherwise.

I bought this printer about a month ago, because my last one just quit working. I like this printer because it is compact, it has speed, and I like the shape of it. It was by far the easiest to install, it toke less then ten minutes.

This printer goes thru ink like crazy. It goes offline on one of my computers if not used. All in all, not happy with this one and this is the first time I've had a problem with my HP printers. I only buy HP printers.
