I have had this for a few weeks. Improvements in the amount of paper it holds and it doesn't grind horribly on draft. It does a better job getting a document finished.
However, it's a disappointment overall. The screen is super small and I will have to spend some time with customer service to learn how to use the features that should be second nature after 3 other similar HPs.
I'll recommend it but only with a recommendation that the person look at others, compare and they will get my honest opinion of HP's "upgrades" that don't increase the productivity that well!

I purchased this product a few weeks ago and I'm thrilled. It was a replacement for my 5 years old HP officejet which performed excellently over the entire time. I have high expectations that this new officejet will be just as reliable. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is the short time since purchase. I feel that if a review is beneficial to other potential buyers, it should be as "solid" as possible consequently, I am very willing to add a follow up over the next 6 months or so.

I bought this printer for it's functions (duplex scanning and printing) and it's size. It is much smaller than my former Officejet Pro 8600 with all of the same functionality. All of the features run great. The only issue I had was getting the software driver to install with my Bitdefender Box 2 firewall. After working with the firewall settings, I was able to get the Officejet Pro 6970 driver to install.
