I haven't had it that long but I'm very happy with it so far. I love the multi-page scanner, which does far more than any of my previous home scanners. This is the first time I've gone wireless and that is wonderful. And the monthly ink plan is going to make things so much easier!
Overall, I am pleased with HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 performance. However, the tray for retrieving printed paper presents some difficulty in exiting and entering the printer.
