This was an upgrade from an older HP printer. This one was easy to setup and runs great. Makes clear and quick copies and easy to operate. All features are easy to run and love the on screen videos. Going to get a second one for a vacation home.

I have been very pleased with the printer. Connecting it to my home network was relatively painless. The print speed is adequate. The print quality is excellent. My only complaint with the fax is--even with auto answer off--it doesn't ring through to my phone.
My largest complaint was installing the ink cartridges. The instructions are worthless as they never mention removing the large plastic clip. Further, I'm not overly excited about having four cartridges instead of a black + color--2 cartridges, such as needed for my other printer--an Envy 5660.
Overall, I would recommend this printer to anyone needing fax capability and better graphics.

It scans rather well. My biggest problem with the printer is that the queue jams up occasionally and you have to manually delete previous print jobs in order to do multiple print jobs.
