When the printer works, it’s fine. But the app has been nothing but trouble to me. I just want the old Smart App back… Open it up, and all the little boxes with options are there. Do not show ANY old printer, or odd looking anything, no longer used. Again, just open it up and it’s correct! Even someone who helped me on the phone was confusing to me. I think HE was fine, but not me. I was confused the very next time I used this new app to scan!! NOW, finally, I see a scan box, but not before. I will attach pics of the 3 printers that I see when I open the page… one’s perfect, one’s odd, and one’s old and I can’t get rid of it for nothing!

Printer out of package would not recognize one of the ink cartridges. Turned out the printer was no good, brand new. So waiting over 12 days to receive the replacement.
