I've had the printer two weeks and can't get it to work right wirelessly. I hard wired it to my computer, and I'm still having issues getting it to consistently print. I've always bought HP, and I've always loved HP. I figure it must be me, so when I have time, I meddle with it. In theory, it's an amazing printer. Can't wait until it works correctly?

The hp 6978 is a great all in one printer. It was easy to set up and get connected to the wireless network. Love that you can print from any phone or laptop in the house wirelessly. Double sided printing and scanning was a must and this printer does both flawlessly. Perfect printer for a home office.

I haven't had it very long but so far so good. The only problem is I can't control the ink to darken and lighten for printing and the icons are smaller, so hard to hit the right one.

Every few years I need a new printer because the HP I have breaks down.
Each new one I get is significantly more cheaply made than the one before.
The planned obsolescence of your printers is striking.
But they are cheap and they work....for a while.

I bought this printer because it is faster than my last one and it can scan double sided. That is a great feature for my home office. Even on normal print mode it is faster than my old printer on draft mode. I also really like the Instant Ink program.
