I like this printer a lot!

I would definitely buy it again. Large ink cartridges are available and last me forever! Quiet, fast, easy to set up and use. Compatible with all of my devices. And we can print from all of our Apple devices and Windows devices through my home network. Price was great, too!

Easy to use and nice menu features

I like the menu that lets you choose which process you want, i.e. copy, fax, scan and also has items that help for loading paper, cartridges. Very easy to use. Ran out of black ink fast so ordered the extra large triple cartridge.

Replaced a 6 year old Officejet PRO 8500. So far the 6978 is a very good successor to that series for my needs.

Great printer print quality is good it's fast it print's great pictures and the text is easy to read. The only thing is that it is a little loud when printing that is the only negative to this printer. Set up is fast and easy once plugged in set up for wireless printing was as easy as 1,2 and 3. So far after a month it is working great.
