the phone case looks nice but for some reason the clip doesn't hold the phone correctly and i have to push it in a couple of times to make sure it is in place. please advice

So far so good…I just hope this one last more that the other one that I got on October and broke after 3 months which was weird because I have OtterBox cases forever and no problems till that one. My iPads, iPods, Apple Watch and my iPhones always OtterBox cases !!
The belt clip does not hot the phone case very well . It is loose & keeps falling out/off the clip.

No MagSafe charging on a reliable basis.

Does not work with Apple MagSafe charger. Box says "Works with wireless and MagSafe charging pads (no magnets in case)" It is very difficult to line up charger and not reliable with MagSafe charger. Very disappointed with Otterbox and their portrayal that this case works with MagSafe chargers.

Therefore, they will not adhere or "snap" to MagSafe charging stands and accessories. Should one be looking for a case with the rugged protection of the Defender, but also with MagSafe (magnets in the case) the Defender XT is an excellent option to consider! Misleading - no wireless charging abilities

Completely misleading as it says it’s wireless compatible and it is not at all. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have bought this case. Majorly disappointing from OtterBox as I’ve only used these for years and now will be finding a new company to go with .

Seems the quality is not as good. Case is thinner and holster seems cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am only giving 3 out of 5 stars because one of my favorite features of the Defender case is the holster and it has changed. I have owned three Defender cases prior to this one. I loved how they would protect my phone when hiking. The new case for my iPhone 15 Pro only allows the phone to snap in with the screen facing out. Not very protective. Really bummed it doesn’t fit like it used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
