I really like these headphones, I bought them to replace my other pair that I knocked off the couch and broke (had those for many many years they were well loved). I’m taking off one star because I wish they still made the noises that the speakers do when you turn them on and off or switching from ambient to noise cancelling. I just don’t personally wanna hear the like “power on” and whatnot, I see the utility but. That’s my preference. I like the color a lot. I have stretched earlobes and the ear shells (lol? is that what they’re called?) get uncomfortable and sore after like an hour or so of wear when I wear glass jewelry, not necessarily an issue just a heads up if you also have stretched earlobes and haven’t worn over ear headphones. I think the discomfort is comparable to on ear headphones so. I don’t mind.

Thanks for your feedback on our JBL Tune 770NC. You may try troubleshooting your headphones by resetting them. Turn on the headphones, press and hold the Volume + and Volume – buttons for more than 5 seconds until the headphones turn off and reboot to factory defaults, then you may need to forget the headphones in your device’s Bluetooth settings before pairing again, and in the JBL Headphones app you can choose ANC to block noise, Ambient Aware to hear your surroundings, TalkThru for quick conversations, and VoiceAware to adjust how much of your own voice you hear during calls, and if you need more help, please contact us directly for further assistance.

Melon squeezer

Bought this for work purposes and unfortunately it does run small. I am not a big person by any means but this headset squeezed my melon. Sound quality was phenomenal but I couldn’t wear these for more than a few minutes. I also wear glasses so that added to the discomfort. Had to return unfortunately due to fit.

Bought these December 2024 for work/sales. They worked great, never had any issues till just outside of warranty the left earpiece swivel broke. The company gave us a 35% discount for a purchase of another since there was no service centers in range of us.
