Wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is wonderful. It was easy to unpack and the directions were very easy to follow. It brews great coffee. My kitchen is small and I worried about space, but it doesn’t take up much space at all.

Great coffee, easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product for about a month now and it is fantastic! It looks intimidating when it comes out of the box but it is well designed and easy to use. The expresso maker has wheels in the back to easily move out if you have under a cabinet, automatically, performs a rinse cycle when shutting down, has user drink storage, is easy to clean and most importantly makes very tasty espresso, cappuccino, lattes, etc! Would definitely recommend!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Need the milk tank to get the full experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is quiet and easy to clean. My husband says the espresso tastes watered down, but I don't agree, it boils down to personal preference. I do have a coffee maker and when comparing the two machines, this espresso makes a great cup of coffee. This thing is very bulky so I put my regular coffee maker away. In my opinion, this machine wastes a lot of water for a single cup of coffee, it rinses before AND after use. Another con is, if you don't buy the milk tank, this machine can't make the drinks that require milk, so you're not getting the full experience.
Lastly, when I was cleaning the drip tray, the latch broke off, thus making the whole machine unusable because it thinks there is no drip tray without the little piece that broke off. Watch the video attached for clarification.

I feel like I'm a Jetson

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's address the elephant in the room - the KitchenAid KF6 is undeniably big. However, its substantial size is a testament to its robust construction and the array of features packed within. While it may take up some prime kitchen real estate, its sleek design adds a touch of sophistication to any kitchen setup.
Ease of Use: Despite its intimidating appearance, navigating the learning curve of the KitchenAid KF6 proved to be surprisingly straightforward. Once I familiarized myself with the machine's controls and settings, crafting my favorite espresso beverages became a breeze.
Bean Hopper and Customization: I love the bean hopper, which allows for convenient storage and dispensing of fresh coffee beans. Additionally, the machine offers ample options for drink customization, including the ability to adjust drink size and strength to suit individual preferences.
Cleaning and Maintenance: While the KitchenAid KF6 is relatively easy to clean, there are a few minor quirks that I encountered. Despite regular rinsing, I noticed that water tends to accumulate in the tray, which can be a bit perplexing. Additionally, the machine's insistence on running rinse cycles after each use, while understandable for maintenance purposes, can feel excessive at times.
Milk Frothing and Accessories: Since lattes are my favorite drink, the inclusion of a milk hose for frothing adds a level of versatility to the KitchenAid KF6, making it ideal for crafting lattes and other milk-based beverages. The easy milk rinse is quick and easy and gives me peace of mind. However, I found myself hesitant to engage in the deep milk cleaning process, as it requires a special product and adds an extra layer of complexity to maintenance.
Temperature Control: One area where the KitchenAid KF6 falls slightly short is in its ability to achieve optimal temperature for superior latte enjoyment. While the beverages produced are certainly acceptable, I found myself wishing for a slightly warmer brew.
Conclusion: In conclusion, the KitchenAid KF6 Full Automatic Espresso Machine offers a compelling blend of convenience, customization, and quality. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as its size and temperature control, its ease of use and versatile features make it a worthwhile investment for any coffee enthusiast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having an Expresso machine right in my kitchen. The different brew options are great to satisfy my husband and I. This product exceeded my expectations, the self cleaning function makes a huge difference in maintenance. It's as easy as pressing a button. It's very beginner friendly. There are a few cons however, 1. The instruction book is very generic and not much help getting started. 2. The spot where you put the grounds is under a cover that you have to remove to add coffee to every single brew. If you add it before choosing your drink, it dumps the grounds and causes you to refill using twice as much coffee. 3. The Expresso machine does not get hot enough. Everything comes out warm even on the highest temp setting. If you add any creamer or additional anything it instantly is too cold to drink and requires it to be rewarmed. Overall I would recommend this machine to friends and family and even new coffee users. It has so many customization options there is no way you won't find something you like.
