Love it when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and love it when it works. Around the one month mark I have been dealing with the espresso dripping and not producing enough. I have tried all the cleaning steps and sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't. I am disappointed as when the machine does work properly I LOVE it. I chatted with customer service and they told me to keep trying the cleaning steps but I am starting to get a little frustrated with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off this machine is aesthetically pleasing. It looks and feels like a quality product. The automated features is really what separates this coffee maker from others. You literally just press what you want and it makes it perfectly. I also love the automatic cleaning process. It cleans the machine out before and after you make your coffee which provides peace of mind when making the next drink. As an added perk the machine comes with a recipe book that really allows you to make the most out of this machine. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Great size and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a great size if you don’t have a big space for your espresso machine! It is a beautiful and elegant machine. My favorite part is that it allows you to customize your recipes and saves them so that you can use them in the future . It doesn’t make loud and scary noises . The clean up is fairly easy and the manual is really helpful to help you get to know your machine.

The size is perfect for those that don’t have much and it really just makes morning lattes accessible. It’s such a high tech cool machine and feels incredibly luxurious and beautiful to have in your home. Coffee isn’t the strongest I’ve had as I also pull my own shots but the convenience makes this worth it.

Best Espresso /Coffee Machine of my Life!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing! The fact that it can do espresso, coffee, and make cappuccinos all on its own, is just out of this world! It has so much versatility, the temperature of your coffee, volume of milk, and so much more. I love that it’s not super loud, while brewing or while cleaning. The self cleaning is great, it even lets you know which parts need to be cleaned and when! The profile saver is great for mornings just click your profile and the coffee you would like that day and your off! It does have a downside, at the moment, you have to have a milk cup, this model doesn’t come with a milk reservoir to keep in the fridge, but when they release it, I will be getting it! The reservoir holds the milk for the coffee and just plugs in to the machine for ease!

I really like the looks!

I had a hard time finding a coffeemaker that met my wife’s approval. I really wanted a fully automatic model, but most of them are just cheap-looking plastic. Not this one, though! It's easy to set up, and maintenance is straightforward, just follow the instructions on the display and replace the water filter every once in a while. I had to tweak the settings slightly to enjoy the cappuccinos as I like them a bit stronger than usual. Adjusting the settings was simple, and I had it just right in a few tries.
It's worth noting that the machine is quite large and may not fit on every countertop. However, the space is well-utilized with a large drip tray, grounds bin, and water reservoir. The reservoir slides out from the side, making it easy to position under a cabinet. The machine also has small wheels, so it’s easy to move around.
I would highly recommend this coffeemaker to anyone who has the space (and budget) to accommodate it.

A simple and easy to use machine for some delicious coffee choices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This quiet and durable machine is great for a quick one cup of gourmet coffee. Easy to use with a color screen and easy touch button interface. It has many great features like 15+ already programmed recipes and a milk frother and heater, a removable bean hopper with a purging system to help get rid of the excess bean grounds. It also features smart dosing technology that allows you to measure and grind the perfect amount of beans each time for the best results. The machine also let's you know when it's time to clean it which is really nice. Overall a very nice machine to easily make a nice cup espresso or other gourmet flavored coffees.
