[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from a Keurig to the Kitchenaid KF6. It's night and day, going from pods to beans. The fact that I don't have to manually froth the milk for my wife's Late Macchiato anymore is awesome! She took some time to get used to the coffee from the Kitchenaid, but I took to it immediately with the Americano. And, cleaning is a breeze! This is just a well built, all around coffee/cappuccino machine. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect superautomatic espresso machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic machine all around, and it looks beautiful on our kitchen counter! Coffee menu is very intuitive and easy to customize, coffee temperature is nice and hot on the highest setting, and milk-based beverages are delicious, with a perfect milk froth. Really like the side water tank, which can be removed easily even with low upper kitchen cabinets above the machine. The materials are super high quality, especially since the outer panels are made of stainless steel rather than flimsy plastic like most other machines in this price range. Very easy to clean as well. In my opinion, it's a far better appliance than its direct competitors, even the ones double the price!

Love it when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and love it when it works. Around the one month mark I have been dealing with the espresso dripping and not producing enough. I have tried all the cleaning steps and sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't. I am disappointed as when the machine does work properly I LOVE it. I chatted with customer service and they told me to keep trying the cleaning steps but I am starting to get a little frustrated with it.

I really like the looks!

I had a hard time finding a coffeemaker that met my wife’s approval. I really wanted a fully automatic model, but most of them are just cheap-looking plastic. Not this one, though! It's easy to set up, and maintenance is straightforward, just follow the instructions on the display and replace the water filter every once in a while. I had to tweak the settings slightly to enjoy the cappuccinos as I like them a bit stronger than usual. Adjusting the settings was simple, and I had it just right in a few tries.
It's worth noting that the machine is quite large and may not fit on every countertop. However, the space is well-utilized with a large drip tray, grounds bin, and water reservoir. The reservoir slides out from the side, making it easy to position under a cabinet. The machine also has small wheels, so it’s easy to move around.
I would highly recommend this coffeemaker to anyone who has the space (and budget) to accommodate it.

Game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine has been a game changer for my family. We use this multiple times in the day. The multiple functions and settings you can use is amazing. The fact that you can set a user info… example set your favorite drinks on your own profile saves you so much time. Every feature on this is fantastic!!!! The only thing that is annoying but doesn’t change my mind on how much I love this machine is that it uses a lot of water. When you start the machine it does a rinse cycle and when you shut it off it does as well. That’s the only thing I’m not a fan of but I get why they do it.
I will definitely recommend this to everyone I know.
