[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Well built, well designed. Self cleaning is easy. Drinks are well executed. Cons: Limited drink choices, but sufficient for basic Espresso beverages. Does not heat milk to hot, just warm, so if you like your milk-based beverage HOT, you must pre-heat your milk in the microwave prior to using it in/with the machine. Unable to label "user1", "user2" with names. Navigation to actually assign drinks to users is not intuitive. It would be nice to be able to first, set up the drink and save the drink to the user, then brew the drink. Sadly, you have to brew first, save last.

Great Coffee... When it Works

The KF6 makes great coffee and it's easy to use. Although, often it can takes minutes of pressing the buttons on the right side for them to register and make the coffee.

I received this as a gift over the summer (2025). I enjoy the capabilities of the machine and how easy it can be to have everything you need in one, somewhat automated machine. Having said that, I have had numerous issues with the machine become clogged (specifically the brew unit. And yes - I have ensure my water quality is top notch and I'm performing regular (and overly frequent) cleanings as perscribed on the site and instructions. I''m not happy with this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible machine

Worked great for a month. Then it wanted to clean itself and for me to change the filter. My water is filtered before it goes to machine but no apparent way to get around this. Could not restart after changing filter even though the filter was clean and didn’t need to be changed. I am an intelligent person born before computer age and Connor figure out how to restart this coffee machine. Instructions assume a lot and following them gets nowhere. How about a machine that is not so complicated? This one is terrible!!!!!
