First off, the energy efficiency is impressive — it runs quietly and uses significantly less power than my old fridge. I noticed a drop in my electricity bill within the first month, which is always a win.
The interior is incredibly spacious and well-organized. There’s plenty of room for groceries, meal prep ingredients, and leftovers, all without feeling cramped. The flexible shelving and large door bins make storing bulky items like milk jugs or tall bottles super easy.
On the outside, the aesthetic design is sleek and modern, with a clean stainless-steel finish that fits beautifully in any kitchen. But it's not just about looks — the external design is also very practical, with a well-placed water and ice dispenser and a touch panel that’s intuitive to use.

Do not buy, problem with door

Do not buy this fridge. The left door gets stuck leading to a part to fail on the hinge. Samsung replaced hinge part once, but since it’s an opening problem it failed again and Samsung refuses to replace anything now, one day after year-long-warranty. So again, there is a problem with the left door, but Samsung will not take ownership of the cause of the problem, only the symptom, and only within the warranty period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall I like the fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the fridge. The ice maker quit making ice after about two months flawless service. I have made numerou attempts to get a warrenty maintenance/repair technician out here to my home to repair of replace the ice maker, but I keeep getting disconnected every time I get handed off to anyone in the Management level at Samsung. My frustration level from trying to get the Ice maker issue resolved has driven me to try again to obtain first year warrenty service on the ice maker. Somebody please help.

Very cold, cooled quickly after install, It replaced my 40 yo freezer top, fridge bottom- my old back & hips couldn’t handle it anymore. This design is so convenient, lots of storage in the doors, love the freezer sliding drawer; learned to put my tea & common drinks in the R door-to open just one door. I don’t need a dispenser-ice maker works great, I keep it turned Off a good bit.
Very very pleased w my new Samsung. Love the convenience & design! For 2 people, I’ve yet to fill it up.
I’m like a kid at Christmas, I’m still excited!! Thanks Samsung!

Don’t waste your money.

TERRIBLE fridge. Nothing but problems from the beginning, have been dealing with Samsung “customer care” for almost 3 months now. They do not care about their customers what so ever, I even had a rep LAUGH at the fact I said I had a special needs child. They do no honor they warranty, and will give you nothing but problems. I will be purchasing another branded refrigerator so I never have their products in my home again. GARBAGE.
