Love the looks, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this was first hooked up, I got about 10 tiny ice cubes from the ice maker. After that, i haven't gotten any. Overall, the fridge is nice, but I wanted an ice maker that works. This does not.

Sad that it didn't meet my expectations

it (unplug and replug) it works again, but this isn't useful if i'm not around or in vacation. based on reviews on different websites, it seems that this is a common issue. too bad because the fridge does look nice but it is no good if it can't stay cool. i'm looking to see how i can return it.
pictures show that even though the panel temperature was reading 37f, the drinks were also condensating, and felt like the temperature was in the 60s

Stops cooling without warning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Twice, the fridge has stopped cooling entirely despite the door panel saying the temperature was correct (and the smart things app as well). Nobody services Samsung in my area so I am waiting for a refund and constantly checking the temperature so my food doesn’t spoil again. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice falls behind fridge if you don't watch that the tray doesn't get full. It was too small on the inside. No room for veggies. When you open the freezer, the Tray in the freezer comes out with it. It's a pain to have to keep shutting it every time you open the freezer. I just did not like it overall. Nothing good about it.

Serious design flaw!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about my new 18 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth fridge EXCEPT for one serious and miserable design flaw. The ice machine fills the tub so high that cubes routinely fall through the opening at the back, slide down into the bottom floor and then right out and onto my floor when I push the freezer door in. Really bad deal and no way, as far as I can see, to correct it. Serious oversight by Samsung.

Quit working within days!

looks great and cleans up nice. however, the refrigerant quit working within a few days. i thought someone left the doors open. however within a short amount of time it quit again and i lost $$$$$ of food. really disappointed in this product and it cost me a lot of money in food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than having it stop cooling a couple of times while it got used to being in its new home, its been great. Thankfully we caught the fact that it stopped cooling without losing any food. Just unplugged it for 5 minutes then plugged it back in and reset. Happened twice but its been running smoothly ever since.

Worst refrigerator ever

have had it about a year. every few months, it just stops cooling. we discover it when we realize that stuff in the freezer is thawing - the thermometers inside still show the proper temps, even as everything melts. after much searching, the best fix we could find is, of course, turn it off and turn it on again. so we turn it off at the fuse box, turn it on, and it resets. if we dn’t notice in time, or are away, i guess we’re just screwed. will replace soon, as supply chains recover. don’t buy it.
