I was chatting with assistance to find out what temperature I need to leave my refrigerator on when we go away for a few months. In addition, I needed some guidance and how to shut off the ice maker. All the answers to these two questions and more were available on the app.

Dumb Fridge Please

we've had this fridge for about a month and everything has been fine. last week we replaced our internet router and then the next day i realized that everything in the freezer had defrosted. i didn't know what was happening. i reconnected the fridge to the wifi. the app said that everything was fine. the temperatures were reporting as correct but clearly they weren't. after panicking and getting everything still edible out to my neighbors i turned the fridge off for 20 minutes. when i turned it back on the temperature reading was correct and the fridge and freezer started to cool down properly. this is so stupid. the smart fridge crashed and defrosted my freezer just because it lost the internet!! this needs a software update. not good enough samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

That is odd. I can see why you are complexed with this matter. The fridge shouldn't stop cooling after being disconnected from Wi-Fi. Expescaily one that isn't a Family Hub. Stops working all the time!

I manage a new apartment building in Los Angeles that has over 1,000 units. Unfortunately, this is the fridge they chose to install. We have had sooooo many residents call about their fridge not working. We are resetting fridges almost daily and paying for residents' groceries. This is NOT an incentivized review!

Bins and drawer breakage

We bought this 3-door French refrigerator and after 3 years 4 out of 6 door bins broke into pieces. In addition, the top freezer drawer broke on the corner. I hope that Samsung will stand by their product and replace these broken parts free of cost. We will see..

Small package, big impression!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried about the smaller size- this is a 17.5 cubic foot fridge, but once I saw this in person, I was blown away by the genius behind it!
First of all, this fridge is gorgeous. Sleek, clean and modern design makes this fridge the perfect upgrade for any kitchen. The counter-depth fit and the handle-less design save a ton of room.
The use of space is almost magical and seems to hold just as much as much larger size fridges.
With smart technology, this can be adjusted via phone or other compatible devices, like my alexa!
There are plenty of storage areas that organize and store everything. I love the double row freezer section and large bin of ice. There is also twin cooling, which make sure that everything is perfectly cooled at all times. The touch button temperature settings are inside the fridge, which is super easy to adjust and see.
I am so impressed with this fridge and the best part of all? It is finger print resistant!
This is quite an impressive design, durable, tough and so user friendly!
