Nice, but flawed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, it took 9 weeks for delivery due to backlog. It was one week later than promised due to the first unit being damaged in shipment. Then after three weeks of very good service the freezer unit thawed out, twice. I put a thermometer in and registered it going up to over 50* F, then down to -10, all the while the control panel said 0*. Another unit was shipped within a week.
A normal review would discuss the lack of internal storage compartments. It has no meat or cheese drawer. There is no egg compartment or shelf. Speaking of shelves, there is very limited adjustability, but the quality is there.
On the question of the internal design of the freezer. It is very limited in usable volume. The icemaker (which I do not use) tales up an inordinate amount of unusable space and the balance of the space is not very functional. Things just stack up without good accessibility.

Great refrigerator
