Awesome neck support

Around 10 years ago I bought our first neck pillows from Tempur Pedic. Having suffered whip-lash many years ago, there is more often than not some issues with my neck causing pain and stiffness - all resulting in many trips to the chiropractor. After having discovered this pillow I have less pain and fewer visits to the chiropractor. For the past 4 years my whole family that is my husband and two teens enjoy these pillows as well as Tempur Pedic mattresses. It is the single best investment you can make for your sleep and general health, in my opinion. The only negative about the new pillow, just bought in September 2018, it is that the length of it has changed from the first to the second pillow approximately 10 years later. I would prefer that it was larger, mostly because I like to have my elbow/arm up on it to lift my shoulder.

good product worth the money

My old neck pillow was getting old & i was having some pain in my neck ,so i ordered a new neck pillow & within 2 days the pain was gone ,highly recommended. I just wished it was as big as the first one i had ,unfortunately they don't make that size anymore,so i was told by the Tempur-pedic people .

Brand has gone downhill

I can only assume it is the merger with Sealy that has brought about the downfall of TempurPedic products. I have an old neck pillow from 15 years ago that has sadly deflated a little too much that I was looking to replace. The new model is very hard, does not respond to warmth anymore (just pressure), and just doesn't have the same quality of memory foam.

i was really hoping to find the one i have but could not find it, maybe not available anymore: ( it had the middle indent for where you would lay your head. anyways this one i think is a little bit to deep for me, i order the medium. i am 5ft. 6in

Disappointing Replacement

My first pillow was a dream. When it lost the firmness I needed, of course I replaced it with another. Upon opening the box I noticed a very strong odor. I could not sleep on it. I left it uncovered, I put it outside, and in the sun. It is not as strong, but the odor is still there. I have double sealed it in 2 plastic bags to be able to use it. Also, it is too short. Sometimes I roll over and off the edge. The missing 4" matter to me. You offered a replacement pillow, but I decided not to bother. I like the firmness, and once I find another as firm, I'll buy it.

Smells Horrible and Newer Models Actually Give Me Neck Pain

I bought my first Tempur-Neck Pillow about 8 years ago and it was a God Send. The pillow stopped the problem of waking up with a numb right arm and hand stemming from cervical disc compression. The foam was beginning to break down (soften) so I replaced it with a new one in the same size (Medium). Ever since I switched pillows I've had neck pain while I'm using it and the next day. Beyond that, the smell from the pillow is very strong and prevents me from falling asleep. I don't know what Tempur-pedic did to change the design and materials, but the product is now a real disappointment.

Pillow is 19" not 20". Misleading and Deceptive. It is very small. Company does take their products back. Customer service told me, so what it is only 19", too bad. Horrible culture.
