[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the most comfortable pillow i have ever slept on. I am mostly a side sleeper and had trouble in the past finding a pillow that was firm enough to support my neck, yet would hold my head in the right position. This pillow does both. Best pillow ever, i would recommend to anyone who has trouble with their neck or shoulder. If you sleep on your back or side give this one a try, you will be glad you did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was impossible to get comfy with this pillow, and I got the worst headaches from the angle of my neck and head while using it. I wish I could return it, but pillows aren't accepted per Tempurpedic's return policy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got two pillows with the purchase of a mattress 20 years ago and finally decided to replace them. Forgot how firm and functional these pillows are. Good support for the neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was too high for my neck so I just wanted to change the size of it, but they don't change or refund it because of their policy. It didn't even open the product package and don't understand their policy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable pillow. I needed something to use as I sleep on my side. I have had neck and nerve issues for the last few years and this pillow has helped me get the sleep I need. Thank you Tempur-Pedic!!
