[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these pillows for myself and my fiancé. Unfortunately, they are too hard for our taste. Because of the company's policy we cannot return or exchange them for different pillows. They are very sturdy and hold their shape. They offer lots of support, however, for or taste they are just too hard.
Pros: Durable, Good Support, Holds Shape
Cons: Too Hard
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tempur-Neck Pillow Medium Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had a neck pillow purchasers years ago and felt it was time to replace it. Decided to try the medium but it is a little too hight and wake with strained feeling in my neck.
Pros: Durable, Holds Shape
Cons: Too High

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is okay. I like that it is low and thin, but I didn't find it drastically different from the one I was using from different brand. If is a bit firm, but I guess it is more of personal preference.

Nice, but a little firmer than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is a good shape and does support my neck nicely. I did not notice any smell like other reviewers reported, I aired it out and it was fine. The pillow is rather hard though and is not comfortable for me to sleep on for the entire night, or my neck gets uncomfortable after long periods of time on it. If you like a really firm pillow, this is for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just wish it wouldn't smell, although I guess I've gotten used to it. And I have to flip it every time I stir during the night because I realize it's warm.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Support, Holds Shape
Cons: Chemical smell even months after first unpacking, Gets warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pillow, but it didn't work for me. I chose the small size because I'm slender and petite. 5'1" 110 lbs. I tried the Medium at a store and it was too high, tilting my neck and not keeping my spine straight on a side sleeping positon. The small however was too low, tilting my neck downwards. I was surprised that the small pillow had a very low side, and a very high side. The low side was too low and the high was too high for my neck. It could be the perfect pillow if the "high side" in the small size pillow is lower. You can see this in the photos in this website. If you need a higher side you could always go to a medium or large... It may work for another person.
Pros: Comfortable, Holds Shape, Soft Feel
