[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow based on my excellent experience with a previous neck pillow with the same model number, but the sizing has changed. Tempur-Pedic refuses to accept a return, even though the customer service person noted that they change the sizes from time to time, while leaving the model number the same.For a company to change the dimensions while leaving the model number the same is unconscionable. You cannot buy online if the company doesn't inform the potential buyer that the sizing changes and they should not buy without trying the pillow in a store. Tempur-pedic has lost a loyal customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant at first because the height was lower than my last neck pillow, but I found this actually to be more comfortable! I prefer to sleep on the smaller side of the pillow, it just feels more comfortable on my neck. I also feared the foam was too bouncy and not "memory" enough, but it actually is nice to sleep on. This pillow rebounds relatively quickly after pressing it.

I did not really believe that the Tempur-Neck pillow would help until I tried it. I was pleasantly surprised - this pillow has improved my sleep quality significantly! The 4 star rating is only because I would love to have a fitted pillowcase that could be purchased with it (the pillow is smaller than a standard pillow).
