I ordered this pillow to replace a Tempur-Pedic pillow I've used for about 8 years and loved. I ordered the pillow that is supposed to be a small but it's still too big for me. It also smells bad, very strong chemical smell. I will be returning it.

We got one of these when we bought our Tempurpedic mattress over two years ago. My husband had been using the pillow and he absolutely loves it. There came a time when I needed a better pillow as I would get a stiff neck with our old pillows. He lent it to me and it was just great for my neck! I thought I could get away with just buying new (standard) pillows, but it wasn't long before they would make my neck hurt again and I'd even wake up with a headache. I did away with pillows altogether for a while until I decided to splurge on a new TempurPedic neck pillow. It is definitely worth the money, especially if you think about how much standard pillows cost and how often you'd have to get them to get the same level of comfort. The only thing I don't like about it (and other TempurPedic stuff like our mattress) is the smell. It goes away, yes, but it takes a while. It's been a month and my new one still smells. So I guess if you're planning on getting one, better plan ahead of time so that you can air it out in time. But even with this little annoyance, it is 100% worth it!

I have neck and back problems and have used this pillow for years. It pillow WAS the best. But this one is not as firm so it doesn't support my neck enough. It's gets mushy in a week. Please bring back the old yellow firm old pillow! My neck is killing me

I have been sleeping on this pillow type for over ten years and loved it. It was time to replace the old with a new neck pillow. The washable cover has been changed with the fabric of the new mattresses and continues to slide out of my pillow case. The pillow itself is softer not as firm as it was, my old pillow is still firmer than the new pillow. I am very disappointed.

This neck pillow (small) replaced my other 9 year old Tempur Pedic pillow which i was very happy with. This new pillow was MUCH THINNER than my 9 yr old pillow, this new pillow has a VERY VERY BAD ODOUR making it impossible to use. I will attempt to air the pillow out for a few weeks, but this new pillow's quality is not as good as my original, nor is it as good as my travel neck pullow. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The $90 this pullow shoud have been MUCH better quality.

The Queen Large (24" x 13" x 5"): is the perfect pillow for me. i can finally sleep at night without pain. I must sleep on my back and this pillow works for me. $159.00 is money well spent!

I first bought this pillow over 10 years ago on the recommendation of my doctor when I found out that I had bone spurs in my neck which caused pain. New great pillow; much better sleep and no pain. I recently purchased a new one. Love it!
