[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the medium size first but it was too large for my small frame. The small is perfect for me. I am 5'4" and 115 lbs. This pillow gives my neck the support I need and is great when I sleep on my side too! I do wish that they made pillow cases to fit the pillow as regular pillow cases are too large. I would not put my face on the pillow as is for fear of leaving an imprint on my skin plus it is cleaner to use a pillow case.
