I have used the Tempur-Neck for many, many years however the pillow received this week is not nearly as good as previous versions. It seems to be a different material, it's much harder, doesn't compress as easily and hurts my neck and ears. None of the previous pillows I've had in the past have been problematic. I'm extremely disappointed, the older versions have always been a lifesaver for my neck problems, this new version is a hindrance not a help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to like this pillow. It's very small. As a side-sleeper who likes their arm under a pillow this was not a good thing. After about a week of use, it got to be a little to soft and it kept shifting so it put a lot of pressure on my jaw and ear because that was what ended up on the ridge of the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate the return policy in the pillows. How and why are you allowed to return a bed where people can pee and sweat on it but you can't return a pillow? Had one of these that was a little softer, but lost it in a hotel so I got this new one and it's hard as a rock. They told me I needed to break it in for a few weeks. Meanwhile I had to suffer with headaches that were so intense because of it I was unable to use the pillow to allow the break in time, I had to give it away for Christmas. The only reason why I gave three stars is because of the shape and size. I'm pretty sure if I allowed myself to deal with the headaches for a month I would've been able to break it in like they said, but who knows I never got that far.
