This pillow is awesome. Until I got this pillow I experienced chronic neck pain.. This pillow made all the difference in managing that pain.

My husband has this pillow and loves it. My only complaint is that we've had the pillow for a few years (more than 3) and the foam is breaking down. It is about to the point now that I can't remove the cover for laundering, as it's messy and I'm afraid it will disintegrate. We have considered buying a bed from Tempur-Pedic, but honestly, I'm concerned about the materials. I know their warranty is longer on the beds, but still. For what it's worth, I would say this is a good pillow, but expect to buy a new one every few years. Or, if it starts breaking down ANY before the 3 year warranty period is up, get it replaced! I wish I had.

Assuming you don't mind forking over the bucks, these pillows--and that's plural because most of them are simply amazing--will change your life. I use to constantly throw my neck out. One year someone gave me this pillow as a gift and ever since I've been good to go. In fact I've bought several other ones as well. Rarely ever do I get stiff necks, pinched nerves, or any of the god-awful afflictions associated with the neck. I strongly recommend this pillow, especially if you have neck problems.

My first (10 yrs ago) tempur pedic neck pillow was magic. I have wide shoulders and sleep on my side. The recent replacements seem to have a noticeably shorter profile. Is that my imagination?

These are the fifth and sixth pillows that I have bought of this size and type. I used to teach and often got knots in my shoulders from leaning over the desks. Fifteen minutes on the pillow after coming home and the aches were gone!!!

When comparing my new neck pillow to my 10 yr old neck pillow, the new pillow was MUCH thinner than the 10 yr old pillow of the same design. With postage, i paid over $90 for this horrible pillow which had the FOWLEST ODOUR for months. VERY DISSAPPOINTED and will NEVER buy Tempur Pedic again.
