[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned TEMPUR-Neck Pillows in the past. It was time to purchase a replacement so I did through the TEMPUR-PEDIC website. When the pillow arrived, I was shocked. Unfortunately, the new version of the pillow is a ridiculously small 20" wide. This product is totally inappropriate for a queen or king bed!

The part that goes under your neck is just too bulky, and the foam is too firm for us. I wish there was an exchange option because we'd send these back if we could.
