[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally sleep on back and side, and used to experience arm/hand numbness from pinching nerves in neck/shoulder from poor positioning. This purchase was to replace a Tempurpedic pillow that was probably 20 years old (and should have been replaced 10 years ago). My only advice is that I would have gone 'up' a size,

I received this product and open and i don't feel like to keep so I contact them but they are lie about their advertising they don't have return or exchange policy so please do not buy anything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In regards to the pillow height and how it holds my head, this pillow is perfect, but I had to stop using it because it was so firm that it was giving me headaches to lay on it for too long. It was great when I slept on my side, but I sleep mostly on my back so the firmness did not allow me to get comfortable for the full night. Perfect for people looking for a firm option.
