[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Tempurpedic pillow many years ago and I love it and it lasted a very long time. Being a "budget shopper", I tried at least a dozen pillows (some memory foam) before I bought another Tempurpedic because of the cost. I finally realized that if I added up the cost of all those cheaper pillows, it would come out to be a lot more than the price of a Tempurpedic pillow. So I bought another and am very happy. The only improvement I would make would be to make the top flat with no ridge. My head doesn't seem to fit between the two contours.
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Support, Holds Shape
Cons: Shape could be improved

has eliminated my headaches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband wanted this pillow. It didn't work for him (he is a belly and side sleeper). I thought it looked uncomfortable but was willing to try anything to alleviate headaches related to tense shoulders. I haven't had a headache since I started using it! I love it!

Not magic, but it sure helps with my herniated disc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a herniated disc at c5/c6. Needless to say, sleeping can be agonizing for me, and waking can be even worse. I purchased this specific pillow with the hope that it might help me achieve more regenerative sleep and lessen some of my daily neck pain. One cannot cure the pain of a herniated cervical disc through the use of a pillow (if only!), so I never expected a magical fix. Nonetheless, this pillow helps to diminish my nightly pain and reduce the pressure/tension that I feel upon waking. It has really helped me, which is why I also purchased the travel size version of this neck pillow. Let's briefly talk about firmness. Some reviewers say this pillow is as hard as a rock. They must have experience with some pretty soft rocks because I find this pillow to be plenty giving/soft and comfortable. I prefer cushy beds and pillows, and this pillow fits the bill for me. It is not overly soft (it does not engulf my head), but I certainly do not find it to be firm. Bottom line: it is worth the money because it actually helps to improve the quality of my sleep and, thereby, my waking life.

Comfortable Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ruptured L4 and L5 I my back in 93. I had surgery on C7 in my neck in 97. I immediately had headaches everyday. The Tempur-pedic neck pillow cured my headache problem and the Tempur-pedic mattress allowed me to have a good nights sleep. It literally saved my life. I have purchased about nine of these pillows over the years. Not as firm as the previous one I purchased. I prefer it to be a bit more firm because it gets less firm over time.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Support, Soft Feel
Cons: I would like it to be a little stiffer., Too Soft
