[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like other reviewers have mentioned, you do smell strong chemical scent at first but I aired it out and washed the cover of the pillow-hence my 4 star review but otherwise I would say every other aspect of this pillow is worth 5 stars! No more fatigue neck after a good night of sleep!

Love the pillow...wish it was larger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Tempurpedic products and have had various mattresses and pillows, but never a neck pillow. So, when I developed neck pain I decided to try one. I like the pillow a lot, but really wish it was about 6" wider. It just feels too short. After much searching it appears that the company used to make them, but discontinued that line. Although I'll continue to use my pillow, I'd buy another one if they make them larger in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it stays firm. Sometimes I have to switch it out because I need propped up more and that lessens the effectiveness making it a bit stiff on the neck. When it is closer to the mattress it provides the best comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pillow. It definitely took some time to break in, maybe a week or so but since Then it's been a dream. I've gone back to my old cheap pillow here and there and I woke up with neck pain again. I would definitely buy again.
