Softest Pillow Ive ever Owned But Still Unable To Sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heard good reviews about this pillow from a friend, so I bought this pillow in hopes of eliminating my neck pain. I purchased the medium-sized contour. The space between my shoulder and neck measures about 5.5 inches. The pillow is extremely soft. However, when I lay down my head, the pillow puts too much pressure on the back of my neck and I cannot sleep. This is the weirdest thing because I've never had this happen before. I have tried using both sides of the contour but no luck. Unfortunately, because this product is a pillow, I cannot return the item or get my money back. I realize this is likely a unique situation, but because I cannot sleep while using this pillow I am only rating this pillow 3 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure the pillow is normally great, as I've seen many positive reviews for it, but it is way too hard for someone that suffers from TMJ. I originally bought the pillow to help me sleep on my back without turning over in the middle of the night, but it didn't prevent that at all and gave me horrible flare ups in my jaw even when laying on my back or side. Still might be worth a try if you don't have jaw pain! Just make sure you can handle a very firm pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow because I was waking up frequently with tension headaches in my neck and lower skull. It took a night or two to get used to the shape of this, but after that I slept SO well. And my headaches have minimized in frequency by a lot.

But I'm disappointed because I can't return or exchange it for the next size up. For the cost of these pillows you should be able to exchange them if you find they don't work for you.

There are zero returns or swaps for Tempurpedic pillows so I would size down. I got the medium (per measurements) and it was too big for me, so now my husband uses that one. Such a bummer since our past pillows and mattresses have been awesome.
