Small pillow

Years ago I had cervical issues and my orthopedic doctor recommended the Tempur-neck Pillow. It was the only pillow I could sleep on and not experience neck pain thus I was able to put off surgery for quite a few years. Fast forward and I'm again experiencing cervical and shoulder issues so I again purchased the Tempur pillow. This time I'm not so happy with the pillow. I find it hard and it doesn't cradle my head comfortably plus it's tiny. A little larger width and height would be great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fits nicely but still high for woman

We got the lower one for both of us. My husband loves it. For me, holds the neck well but still a bit high overall.

TERRIBLE, HARD, UNCOMFORTABLE - NOT RETURNABLE

Tempur-pedic should be shamed for having absolutely no options to exchange a return unopened product. Obviously the company has gotten too big and arrogant. I bought two using the current special - they won't exchange the second one nor provide any discount toward a better/different pillow.
This pillow is absolutely horrible. It's hard (different from firm) it hurts my face when I sleep on my side. It's actually oddly small in footprint so no normal pillowcase fits on it. I've tried it for over a week now and can't do it. My PT recommended this pillow as a way to avoid neck pain and tension. Now I get no sleep, much worse.

Uncomfortable compared to brand I normally use

I have used neck pillows before, but found this one very uncomfortable. Buyer beware, the pillows are expensive and not returnable or refundable if you find it discomforting like I did. I even chatted with support to see if I could get different pillow with no success. I would highly recommend buying a pillow where you can return it if you are dissatisfied.

I have used this kind of pillow for years and wouldn’t think of sleeping in any other kind of pillow. It is so comfortable and I never wake up with a headache!
