Way too firm for my liking. I am a side sleeper and my ear hurts in the morning from the pressure.

I borrowed a neck pillow for about a month before purchasing the same model. The borrowed one was wonderful, but the purchased pillow was harder and thicker. After having neck issues for about 3 weeks I tried to return it, but was not able to. For people with real neck issues, the cost of this product is not worth the risk of it not working.

Neck pain? Get this pillow!

I have several slipped discs in my neck. Sleeping was minimal due to pain. I could never get comfortable. I have tried several other "neck" pillows that just didn't work. The first night on this pillow, I slept through the night! First time in months. Using this pillow every night has made my night restful and my daytime pain decrease day-by-day. If you have neck pain and trouble staying asleep at night due to pain, I would highly recommend this pillow! Life saver!

Bought through a promotion in hopes it would alleviate neck snd shoulder pain. Hasn’t thus far and its bot a very comfortable sleep either.

The pillow is extremely hard. It never softened up. Expensive and useless pillows because there are no returns or exchanges.
