This pillow is TINY!

This pillow is much smaller than expected. About half of a queen size. Thought the sizing would be standard like others I’d ordered in the past but I guess that’s not a thing with tempur-pedic. Disappointed. I hope it’s comfortable because I cannot return it.

No more neck pain

I bought this pillow for my 67-year old mother, who complained about neck pains. After measuring based on the website description, I ordered the small size. On the first night she didn’t feel that much but now it’s being a month, she said there’s no neck pain anymore! Good purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This pillow is extremely thin and provides virtually no support. It is very uncomfortable and feels like a complete waste of money. I’m also disappointed that it cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this product and would not recommend it.

Not the memory foam in other pillows

Hard memory foam. Very firm and hurts my head. But now I’m stuck with this pillow because I can’t return it.

Followed Sizing Guide- Pillow causes Pain

I followed Tempur-Pedic's sizing guidance, which recommended Medium for my sleeping style. Across two separate trial periods of several nights each, I woke up with significant neck tension and severe headaches. The symptoms resolved when I switched back to my regular pillow and returned every time I went back to the Neck pillow.
Warning to other buyers: the sizing chart may not be right, and if you follow it and it doesn’t work you’re stuck with it and no trial period. I would not recommend taking the gamble, even if you measure and follow the sizing chart.

Keeps me inline

It’s so firm so I was intimidated at first but I woke with no pain. I use a size medium because I’m only 5’6” 130lbs . This large I got for my son.

Firm, supportive pillow

I'm so happy to have a firm cervical pillow! All the cervical pillows on the market are too squishy to provide support for my neck. So if you're looking for a firm pillow, this is the one. My only complaint is the small size of it. I have a cooling, cervical Tempur-pedic I purchased last year that was deeper. I also wish they made these pillows in a King size pillow.
