Did not fit my neck properly/no exchange provided

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered a large-sized pillow according to the measurements provided by Tempur-Pedic. When I tried to lay on it the first day it arrived, it was too big for me even though measurements for my neck and shoulder were supposed to be fit for this size pillow. Contacted their customer service, and the answer was that they do not accept any returns or exchanges for pillows. They only do for mattresses... That's very frustrating as I spend around 100$ for a pillow I cannot use and cannot even exchange for the right size, did not even want my money back. The pillow is not even used; simply tried laying on it once I received it. Not the best experience. Not sure if I will spend more money to buy a different size pillow or just get it from another company.

Woke up with extreme neck pain

I've had this pillow a few months and haven't really used it because it doesn't seem appropriate for sleeping at night. But I used it this week and woke up with severe tightness and pain. Really bad. I am a healthy 35 year old. DO NOT USE. It's not comfortable. Not supportive. And they won't give me my money back...terrible company.

Too big and a bit hard

I used the measurements listed and purchased two medium pillows. They are very well made, excellent quality but they are way too big for me and even for my husband. I also think they are too hard. My head barely sinks into the pillow. I would need to try a small to be able to fairly rate this product. I assume it would soften with time but it will always be the wrong size.

Height is fine but length is way too small

If purchasing the 3.5 inch, you should know that the length of that pillow would properly fit a child's bed but not an adult's. These are not returnable or exchangeable so please be careful before purchasing a $100+ pillow online. The height is perfect for my neck but as I toss and turn at night, my head falls off the pillow because it is so small. The website gives the measurements for the height of the neck but not the length. The quality of the pillow is great but there is information lacking on the website to be able to properly shop online for a non-exchangeable product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was somewhat skeptical of this pillow when it first arrived.....I thought for sure I would not cozy up to this pillow (no pun intended) I tried for a few hours every night to see if in fact could help my sore neck. Now I can say for sure it is my go to pillow for proper neck position while sleeping. I will admit it is a hard pillow to get use to but hang in there and you will see the benefits. Beside the draw back that it is not returnable sort of keeps you in the game. I also have a tempur-pedic mattress so I do know the quality of their products!!
