[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy that I invested in this pillow. It has been life saving to me and my husband. Our quality of sleep has improved greatly, due to the support that this pillow provides. Before our pillows were soft and fluffy or too firm and tall. Imagine the neck and back pain (ugh). I've tried tons of pillows but now the trial period has ended since I purchased the TempurPedic. When purchasing I loved that the company provided an option for height. This helped build support in my neck, alignment in my skin, and decreased pain overall. It worked for me! I hope it can work for you!!

If you are purchasing this to replace the same pillow from a few years ago, it is not the same pillow. It's much smaller. No returns even if unopened. Customer service was no help. I will be unable to use this micro sized pillow. Very disappointed and wish I had read others recent reviews.

This actually gives my neck pain - even after giving it a try for over a month. Also feels kind of light and cheap.

Height is fine but length is way too small

If purchasing the 3.5 inch, you should know that the length of that pillow would properly fit a child's bed but not an adult's. These are not returnable or exchangeable so please be careful before purchasing a $100+ pillow online. The height is perfect for my neck but as I toss and turn at night, my head falls off the pillow because it is so small. The website gives the measurements for the height of the neck but not the length. The quality of the pillow is great but there is information lacking on the website to be able to properly shop online for a non-exchangeable product.
