Purchased a neck pillow and it didn't work for me! I followed the guidelines to get the right size, but it is just to firm for my neck issues. I contacted customer service and they said sorry you are unhappy but there are no refunds on pillows although they offer a 90-day sleep guarantee on a mattress. Most of the other pillow Companys offer a refund if it's within the time frame. Won't be purchasing from Temper-Pedic again! I realize that everyone's experience is different, and probably 9 out of 10 the pillow is a good fit but how Customer Service handles issues is important when purchasing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth TempurPedic pillow. I also have a travel size. For many years I have not gone anywhere without my pillow. They have all seen a lot of the world. I used to have serious neck problems, causing terrible headaches. I credit my pillow for being now headache free.

Large Neck Pillow is very SMALL

I bought a "Large" Neck Pillow but when I received it it was very small. I have a California King size bed and this pillow is teeny. I tried to return it and it has not even been opened but they would not let me return it. If you sleep on a large bed I suggest you check out the number of inches because what Tempur Pedic thinks is large is NOT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am having to sleep on my side right not but am normally a back sleeper. I measured a medium for side sleepers and small for back sleepers. It's a bit annoying that I have to choose one or the other. The instructions say to size down if you're in between sizes so I did. I think I probably need the medium for side sleeping but I'm hoping it works for me once I'm sleeping on my back again. The pillow itself is not the size of a standard pillow, it's much smaller. Also, the foam is so firm that my ears hurt from sleeping on it. It's gotten better as I break it in but it's pretty uncomfortable during the break in period. I do think it's helping me sleep better now that it's breaking in but sometimes I still wake up feeling like the side of my face is smooshed. I think this pillow can be helpful for it's not for everyone.

I bought my mattress two months ago and I already feel a a hole even when I weigh 170 pounds. Had another tempur purchased back on early 90 that lasted me 20 plus years, but this one is another story. I was your best positive marketer sharing my experience, but now I'm going to start sharing the latest one

Our quality of sleep has improved greatly, due to the support that this pillow provides. Before our pillows were soft and fluffy or too firm and tall. Imagine the neck and back pain (ugh). I've tried tons of pillows but now the trial period has ended since I purchased the TempurPedic. When purchasing I loved that the company provided an option for height. This helped build support in my neck, alignment in my skin, and decreased pain overall. It worked for me! I hope it can work for you!!
