I have been using contour pillows for several years. I read about this one and it sounded like the perfect pillow for my neck and shoulder pain. I have slept on it for 10 nights and my neck and shoulder pain has gotten worse instead of better. I bought two of them and now I am not able to return them. Expensive lesson learned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this style of Tempur-Pedic for years and decided to replace with this one, however it is not the same material as the old one I had. It is much firmer and uncomfortable in comparison. It feels cheaper than my old one. Also this is the only company that does not do exchanges or returns on pillows which I don't understand why they do for the mattress but not the pillows.
