[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is way to hard. there is not give at all to get confortable. The pillow is not long enough. Don't buy this pillow based on # of positive reviews. Make sure you test it if you can at a local store; otherwise don't make my mistake and end up with a useless brick with no returns. I followed the instructions and ordered a size M and its very unconfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is nothing like the original Tempur-pedic pillows that gave immediate comfort and support to the neck and that I used to recommend highly to friends. Now the Tempur-pedic pillow is hard and has no conforming squish. I made the suggested measurements and ordered the medium but the neck roll is way too large. There is nothing I can recommend for this pillow. I will not be able to sleep with it and will give it away to anybody that wants to try it.

I bought a couple of tempur neck pillows several years ago. My family loves them so I purchased another one recently. This one is definitely not the same memory foam as before. My previous pillows are soft but this one is rock hard. Can't sleep on it and can't return it. Very disappointed.

This size was uncomfortable and the company refused to exchange the pillows for the smaller sized pillows despite them still being in the plastic wrapping.
