[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I tried to send the pillow back as my children had bought me a pillow as a gift. Even though the box the pillow had come had never been open therefore the pillow itself had never been open I was unable to send the pillow back. So I thought I would give it a try. I tried the pillow for several days but found the pillow very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep.

The pillow is firm, which is great for him because he doesn't sink down through the night. He has very few headaches these days and he wakes up less stiff. This is definitely a winner.

I was very disappointed to find out it can't be returned/exchanged, but you take mattresses back. That makes no sense to me.
