Measured carefully, pillow too large despite measurement ins

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old tempurpedic neck pillow I was looking to replace. I carefully followed the measurement instructions on the tempurpedic website and even had my husband double check, and it indicated that a medium neck pillow would fit. I also ordered a large to give my son for Christmas. The medium was too big. It hurts my neck to rest on and I would never be able to fall asleep on it. I called to explain and see if I could return the unopened box containing the large pillow and get a small instead. (I could give my son the medium pillow that I had opened and tried.). I was told no. The measurement criteria is faulty. I had purchased during a BOGOF sale and that is why I bought two at a time. I usually take size small for clothing..., but I trusted the measurement criteria. Since that was the cause of the too large neck pillow purchase and the one I wanted to return is unopened, I thought the company would accommodate. No such service there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sought to replace my current soft memory foam Tempurpedic neck pillow with one of similar shape but Large Size. The current Tempur-Neck Pillow seemed to fit the bill (same shape) but turns out to be NOT of Memory Foam but of some other material that is very hard and too unyielding to fit my orthopedic needs. Buyer Beware: The Tempur-Neck Pillow description does not indicate that although it has the exact same shape as the Tempurpedic Memory Foam Neck Pillow, it is not made of Memory Foam and thus misleading to customers like me who own Tempurpedic Memory Foam Neck Pillows. And there is no way to return it for a refund. A disgrace.

I love this neck pillow, but did NOT know they changed the size availability... I have a queen size bed and ordered queen size sheets... the neck pillow only comes in standard size now... the measurements are not obvious on line... I have had queen size neck pillows in the past and now I have postage stamp pillows on my queen bed. Since there is NO customer service these days the company has basically said too bad should have read the fine print.

ordered 2 to many pillows by accident and with it still in the box and original packaging they still wont take it back for return. Will never order from this company again. Also, they changed their pillow and they are hard and awful now to sleep on. No stores carry the pillow to try out either! Good luck on their measuring recommendations! Got both a medium and large and still horrible. Save your money and don't order anything from this company!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large Tempur-Neck pillow from seven years ago and it really is large in all dimensions. While the current version is okay, it's much smaller side to side and not quite as high on the high side. Frankly, I'm disappointed. I suppose it's better than not at all and I should have read the dimensions more carefully, but it makes me sad that a really good product is no longer available.
