Although I measured my neck to shoulder, as suggested, pillow, I received is extremely uncomfortable, and I can't sleep on it. I think it's ridiculous that the return policy will not allow you to return or exchange a product. They'll exchange a mattress after 90 days, but not a pillow that you've tried out for one night.

We are now on our second set of 2. These pillows have made all the difference in the world for my son's sleeping comfort. I would recommend them to anyone who has neck issues.

It seems too small. I have a King size bed & the pillow, as a medium, seems smaller than the standard size pillows. Also, the shape doesn't work for me. If it were uniform in size, I think I might like it better. I wish I could recommend, but I can't.
