This pillow is not only comfortable but has helped me so much with my constant headaches. I recommend this. This has been the Best Buy!!!

Medical Symptom relief - thoracic outlet syndrome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Diagnosed with a posture/sleep-posture related condition, thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) is extremely painful. My condition was precipitated by stenosis and a sports injury to the C4/5 area of the spine, and my Physical Therapist recommended the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow to create a more positive sleep position. My TEMPUR-Neck Pillow brought relief the first night, and has provided the support and stability needed to overcome the pain and bring about much needed healing ever since. Since TOS take months to resolve, I'm a committed for the long-term to TEMPUR-Neck Pillow for a painless, good night's sleep!

Cons: Takes some getting used to

my second pillow purchase...

I first replaced it with a "generic" foam pillow for a fraction of the price of a Tempurpedic. It was awful. I returned it and purchased my second Tempurpedic. Very happy with repeat purchase.
