I used to use the standard contour pillow but switched to the large one a few years ago which works better for my side sleeping. I just gave my old ones to my assistant and she loves them! Mine seem to last about 3 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this pillow - I was careful to order the correct size, and to give the pillow time to "open up". It has been several weeks now, and the pillow is as uncomfortable as day one. It is hard as a rock and is like sleeping on the arm of your sofa. It seems that the back of the pillow - the "shallow end" if you will, always wants to slide back down between the headboard and my head which accentuates the discomfort. I have never loathed a pillow more than this one. It made my shoulder and neck worse. I have gone back to my 8 year old tempurpedic pillow that has the scooped out edges. Now THAT pillow is a miracle pillow. I wanted to order that one, but it seemed like the original design has changed based on the website descriptions.

Worst pillow you can buy if you have any kind of neck pain

This pillow was the WORST pillow you could buy if you have neck pain. I bought it for my husband and after trying to use it for a few days he ended back in his doctors office who advised him to stop using the pillow immediately. Please do not buy this pillow. I doubt that they will post this review but if they do you will have to go through a huge amount of good reviews till you get to one that doesn't have 5 stars. They say satisfaction guaranteed but they LIE. They will not even let you exchange the pillow for a regular one. I am curious how many reviews I will have to go through to see this one. I will be shocked if they even post it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 neck pillows to replace the older ones I've had for years. I don't recall the older pillows being as firm as these. I've had these pillows for two weeks now and they are still too firm that it bothers my neck and head. Hoping they will soften soon.
