Terrible, very firm and doesn't adjust to your neck

The pillow is extremely firm and doesn't mold to your neck. It is really uncomfortable and I didn't realize you are not able to return this item. Very disappointed with their products and customer service.

Best pillow for neck pain!!

I've been dealing with severe neck pain and muscle spasms from an injury. I own a very good pillow which is great under normal circumstances. However, I needed something more supportive now and decided to give the Tempur-Pedic neck pillow with cooling technology a try. So glad I did!! It was comfortable immediately! It's firm and does not squish down so does not allow your neck to contort and cause pain throughout the night, whether lying on your back or sides. No need to squish and readjust to fit the contours of your neck like a regular pillow because it's firm and keeps its shape. Turning side to side, rolling onto your back and repositioning yourself during the night is much easier and less painful due to just the right amount of firmness and stability. Do yourself a favor and get this pillow if you are having neck pain! I got a great price during their sale! Bought the medium per the instructions for sizing and it's perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow based on my excellent experience with a previous neck pillow with the same model number, but the sizing has changed. Tempur-Pedic refuses to accept a return, even though the customer service person noted that they change the sizes from time to time, while leaving the model number the same.For a company to change the dimensions while leaving the model number the same is unconscionable. You cannot buy online if the company doesn't inform the potential buyer that the sizing changes and they should not buy without trying the pillow in a store. Tempur-pedic has lost a loyal customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant at first because the height was lower than my last neck pillow, but I found this actually to be more comfortable! I prefer to sleep on the smaller side of the pillow, it just feels more comfortable on my neck. I also feared the foam was too bouncy and not "memory" enough, but it actually is nice to sleep on. This pillow rebounds relatively quickly after pressing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the worst pillow I have ever tried. I bought this because I was having neck problems and this pillow made it so much worse. Contacting customer service will get you nowhere. They will not help you, offer you a refund, or even a different type of pillow. They will literally ignore you and you are out $120+ on a subpar product. RUN from this company!

Only this new one caused major numbness in his hand and arm. So, given it cannot be returned, it is now going into the donation pile. An expensive endeavor. It would have been nice if there was an option to try it for a few days but the sanitation challenges prohibit that.
