[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that these are non-returnable, but I'd still like a refund. This pillow is almost a scam, playing off the old name. It is NOT the same material, it is not "memory foam," it's a dense polyurethane foam, but not of the same quality as they used to be and much too hard to sleep on. I bought two because it was a good deal, but in the end I'm probably only going to be able to salvage the pillow cases to replace my old one which was starting to fail. Luckily I didn't throw out my old pillow before I tested the "new" ones. They look exactly the same, but they are not. The pillow cases haven't changed though, so that's good--I have spares now. And yes, I did try sitting on it for a while, heating it up with a heating pad, leaving it in the sun (which only slightly yellowed it), everything--it's still much too hard. My old pillow isn't quite as supportive as it once was, but it was NEVER this hard. It also exhibited "memory" characteristics, which this new foam does not. It returns to it's uncompressed shape almost instantly. I suspect, but admittedly have no evidence, that cost cutting measures were taken by later leadership that compromised quality and will ultimately destroy the good name of the brand. Mergers and Acquisitions tend to do this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used guide online to determine which to buy, ordered 2 medium pillows. Both are sealed in plastic, so I only opened one. Discovered it was extremely uncomfortable for me, and my spouse. Tried to return unopened pillow for store credit and was refused. I understand why they don't accept returns of opened products, but a pillow sealed in plastic cannot be contaminated. I will avoid this company in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow at the recommendation of my doctor who suggested that I needed a pillow that provided more support for my neck. I did not really believe that the Tempur-Neck pillow would help until I tried it. I was pleasantly surprised - this pillow has improved my sleep quality significantly! The 4 star rating is only because I would love to have a fitted pillowcase that could be purchased with it (the pillow is smaller than a standard pillow).
