Not a solution, but problem

With neck discomfort, I decided to spend the extra to get a good support pillow. I measured as guide directed for side and back sleep. It took days to get used to awkward shape and after 3 weeks of trying, my neck is in more pain and causing migraines from muscle strain. Without being able to return, I'm stuck with high priced space consumer for my closet

Went back to my old temperpedic neck pillow. I ordered new as have had old one for quite awhile and thought it should be replaced

When I went to return them, I was told that is not possible because of the item is too personal. One of them has not even come out of the bag. I'm extremely upset and bothered and will never buy a pillow online from Tempur-pedic again.

I purchased a neck pillow using the sizing chart on the website which can be somewhat confusing. Even though the pillow is not cheap I decided to make the investment. When I received it, I knew it was too thick even before I removed the packaging. These pillows are not returnable under any circumstances. So I tried to make it work only to suffer intense neck pain as a result. I called customer service to see if it was possible for me to pay for smaller pillow at the bundling offer which is now offered since I am winding up with 2 pillows anyway. The customer service supervisor refused to assist me at all and and gave me only 2 options: Buy a second properly sized pillow at the new higher price and throw the the first one away at my loss or bring my business some where else. I like their products and will be needing 3 new mattresses in the near future but not after this. (BUYER BEWARE)

Gone are the days when I would wake up with a headache due to my lack of neck support with regular pillows. And can you believe this!? This pillow is not the same, it actually was painful to lay upon and was discarded after one hour of trying to find a fit. I ordered the large, yet the curvature was awful. I truly wish there was a better option with this manufacture. I ordered two and both are left useless.
