Pillows are non refundable. I purchased a pillow for over$100 and it feels like I am sleeping on a rock. Tried all different angles and still no luck with the comfort. beware before you buy.

These are not the same as the pillows we bought in 2003 that we still use in our home. We bought these for our RV. Not the same softness, material or size at all.

I have degenerative arthritis that affects my neck. This pillow is great support. I wish you made this pillow in a travel size because the regular pillow is too big for my suitcase for air travel. I have trouble trying to use hotel pillows - too soft. Do you have any options? Thanks
