[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is no longer made the same way. I just recently bought 2 neck pillows - 1 medium for me and 1 large for my partner. The medium one does not support my neck. It is too soft and sort of fluffy right out of the packaging. I immediately called the company and was told it was not returnable. I tried to explain that the pillow is too soft even in its packaging and that it was just delivered to my home. I even explained that on the website it says it is firm which it is not. However, the large neck pillow is still much firmer than the medium. Previously they were both firm just different sizes for your neck. I am sorely disappointed in this company for changing the product and not disclosing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At first, this pillow seemed too hard to be comfortable. But my neck and back seemed to really like it and I have now been sleeping well on it for about a month. I'm a side sleeper and I would highly recommend this product.

Unusably firm - there is zero give and the neck ridge is too high to sleep on, leaving your head at a weird angle. a couch cushion works better Irritated that i wasted so much money on this and am stuck with it now because tempurpedic doesn't accept returns. will have to find a place to donate it to because it is too expensive to throw away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was a small issue with the pillow when it arrived, so I called customer service. The representative was very understanding and immediately shipped a replacement pillow. I love my Tempur pillow! I even take it when I travel because no other pillow has the neck support I need. This is my second Tempur pillow. I had my first one for 19 years! Granted, I should have replaced it a bit sooner, but it lasted! I really appreciate the washable cover. Also, I have chemical sensitivities, so I always have to let new things off-gas before using them. This new pillow took very little time to off-gas, which is a good sign.
