[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contoured pillow provides great support for the neck whether you're a side or back sleeper. I dread sleeping without it when I'm traveling. I would've given it 5 stars except it feels a tiny bit too firm. And it would be helpful on the website to have dimensions for the different sizes. I guessed the sizes had to do with whether they'd fit a twin, queen, or king-size bed. I ordered a medium and realize now that the size may refer to the height of the neck support. I'd probably be more comfortable with a small, but it's too late to exchange it and I can't afford to order another one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too firm for side sleeping, not worth your money

The pillow is great for sleeping on my back, but after turning to my side, I wake up within an hour or so with severe pain to my ears from the pillow being too firm. No amount of time trying the pillow in a store will prepare you for the pain and uncomfortableness of this pillow. I tried contacting Temper-pedic but there is a no return policy for pillows. I'm out my money so I'd caution you before spending your hard earned money on their pillows. Look somewhere else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a TEMPUR-neck pillow on the advice of my doctor. He suggested buying a cervical neck pillow or using a travel neck pillow. I had been suffering neck and shoulder pain in recent months and it was affecting my sleep quality. Admittedly, I did not see how this pillow would help. When I received it, I was puzzled since it is smaller than a standard pillow - not quite what I expected. I have been using it for about 2 weeks and it is perfect! I typically am a side sleeper and this pillow provides the support that I need. Although the pain is not completely gone, it has diminished significantly in part because of the pillow and exercise. I will purchase this product again.
