Temperpedic does not offer exchanges or returns so I would suggest going somewhere you can try it out in person before buying. The measuring didnt work for me.

However, this time I ordered 2 and accidentally ordered small instead of medium. Opened one so obviously can't return, but the 2nd one is unopened, completely intact. Neither box nor plastic wrap has been tampered with. But, I cannot get an exchange. This is beyond frustrating as it is unopened! Will never order online again and may have to consider future purchases. Very unhappy.
